Great location, comfy rooms, don't use the spa tho

This is our 5th or 6th stay at Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa. The location is the best in Ubud. Try it and you'll see what I mean! This time we were excited to see that the old style shabby rooms are being replaced with new ones which are generally very comfy and contain a good amount of necessities. Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa Staff are extremely attentive and friendly, breakfast is not varied but very well cooked and yummy, two pools are enough even when the hotel is packed, the grounds are absolutely stunning and the beds are always very comfy so you're guaranteed a good night sleep. On the negative side - spa services are a joke, traditional massage for $25 is worse than the one you'd get on a street; spa is shabby (not even disposable underwear offered), masseur inattentive and doesn't feel that professional and overall feel is that you're not supposed to be there:) so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Yet, the accommodation side is great and we will stay here again.

Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa Located in the center of UBUD, Rooms are set back so noise from traffic is not herd. The rooms are large, the AC definitely keeps the room cool, the balcony is great, the grounds are kept in great shape. Two pools, breakfast is a buffet and is more than enough. Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa Staff is friendly, and speaks excellent English. Price was right.

Nice peaceful hotel in centre of Ubud
Location, gardens and quiet atmosphere
We stayed 3 nights with family in super deluxe rooms at the very back of the Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa on the ground floor looking out at gardens and close to the rear pool. Rooms were reasonably new and modern looking, same as a standard room that you would see in a newer hotel in legian or kuta, shower over bath. The Bali Hotels runs the whole block from the main street to a road at rear. We had a separate bfast area at the back to people staying at front of hotel and they served bfast al a carte, basic choices but nice ans freshly prepared. There was only ever a few other tables with people so it was quiet and looked over some shops and rice paddies. Beautiful Balinese gardens and path to rear is very up and down with hills, but they have a golf cart u call whenever you want to go to either end of hotel. Pertiwi Bali Resorts & Spa Staff very friendly and check in & out very quick, rooms prepaid and they didn't even want a c/card as security. Had no issues at all and shops and restaurants and right o
